Can’t remove one user from Microsoft Teams

Situation: One of user has quit his job. The teammate can’t remove his account from Microsoft Teams Group and it is gray out.

Resolution 1: It is possible the account has been disabled. Re-enable it and try to remove again.

Resolution 2: remove the user from Organization of his Properties.
