Event ID 1500 - Windows cannot log you on because your profile cannot be loaded. Check that you are connected to the network, or that your network is functioning correctly. If this problem persists, contact your network administrator. DETAIL - Access is denied. Event ID 1508 - Windows was unable to load the registry. This is often caused by insufficient memory or insufficient security rights. Causes, cases and solutions: 1. The user profile was corrupted. Delete the user profile and re-logon. Note: backup the data before delete the user profile. 2. This problem may occur after installed Windows 2003 SP1. Case: The windows 2003 TS receive Event ID 1500 and 1508, and the users logon using temporary profiles. Solution: Troubleshooting Windows 2003 SP1 issues.
