Canon One Touch doesn’t work because of password changed

Situation: The client setup Canon Printer One Touch feature. Suddenly, it doesn’t work and get error that can’t scan to the shared folder.

Troubleshooting: The company just forced every user to change the password. We need to go to Canon Control Pane or Web utility to change the user credentials. To do that, go to Address Book >Address List >One-Touch.

Incorrect password in iPhone after enabling MFA

Situation: After enabling MFA, some iPhone work for a while and have a problem to open the email. It keeps popup for entering the password or saying incorrect password.

Resolution: 1. Got to Azure MFA to disable and re-enable the MFA. Wait for 10 to 15 minutes.

USB not recognized

Situation: the client uses Windows 10. Randomly his computer doesn’t recognize USB drive with this message: USB not recognized

Resolutions:

Method 1
Reinstall device drivers
Download the latest drivers for your USB device and install it. If there are no new drivers available just continue with the next step.
Open Device Manager. You can do that by pressing Windows Key + X and choosing Device Manager from the list.

Locate the device driver and right click it.
Choose Uninstall device to remove the driver.

Restart your computer.
Method 2
Change Power Management settings for USB Controller
Open Device Manager.
Find Universal Serial Bus controllers section and expand it.
Right click each driver named USB Root Hub and select Properties.
USB not working when plugged in
Go to Power Management tab. Make sure that Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power is not checked. If it’s checked, uncheck it. Click OK to save the changes.

Repeat the process for all USB Root Hub drivers.
Restart your computer.
Method 3
Uninstall the USB Controller
Open the Device Manager.
Find Universal Serial Bus controllers and expand it.
Right click the first driver in the Universal Serial Bus section and click Uninstall.
Repeat the process for all drivers in the Universal Serial Bus section.
Restart your computer.

Outlook Error is [0x80070005-0x000004dc-0x00000524].

Situation: The userA has full permissions and send as permissions of another userB. However, when userA tries to send email as UserB, userA receives undeliverable message: This message could not be sent. You do not have the permission to send the message on behalf of the specified user. Error is [0x80070005-0x000004dc-0x00000524].

Troubleshooting:

1. With Outlook open, go to Send/Receive>Send/Receive Group, download Address Group.

2. Repair Office.

3. Reset Outlook profile.

4. Deleting everything within the “Offline Address Books” folder. To do that, close Microsoft Outlook and try deleting everythingwithin the “Offline Address Books” folder. It will re-populate.

5. Uncheck the Use Cached Exchange mode option in the Outlook 2016 client for a test.
