Situation: the user is using Outlook 2016. She opens Outlook this morning and gets this message: cannot start Microsoft outlook. cannot open the Outlook window. The set of folders cannot be opened. the information store could not be opened.
Troubleshooting: Repairing Outlook doesn’t fix the problem. We have to remove and re-add Outlook profile.
