Can't access HP Blade server using iLO if someone is accessing it

Situation: If someone is accessing HP Blade server, you may not be able to access it. If someone is access the server, you will see a blue led. In some cases, you may find there is no one accessing to the Blade server using iLO. The problem is if someone disconnect the access session without close it, you may not be able access it. So, always close the access session by click red X.

Resolution: 1. Enable Acquire in the Blade. Please refer to this link:

2. After enabling acquire, you may receive a message "The Integrated Remote Console is unavailable, it is  already in use by a different client" as shown below.

 
3. Click Acquire and OK. You should be able to access the server using iLO.
