Outlook add-ins are programs that run within Outlook and perform actions that Outlook doesn’t provide. Since add-ins are separate programs, occasionally an Outlook add-in can encounter problems, especially after a Office Update. This article shows how to fix the problem.
1.Re-enable Add-ins
• With Outlook open, click File.
* Click Options
* Click on Add-ins
* Make sure the add-ins program is listed in Active Application Add-ins.
* If the Add-ins program is not listed in Active Application Add-ins. Click Go in Manage: COM Add-ins.
* Check the programs you wan to add. For example, OneOutlook is for CRM.
* If you don’t see the Program in COM Add-ins, change the Manager to Disabled Item and then click Go.
* In the Disabled Items, highlight the item you want to use and then click on Enable.
2. Fix Disabled Add-ins
* If you see ADD-INS PROBLEM A problem was detected with an add-in and it has been disabled, click on View Disabled Add-ins, or View More details.
All the unhealthy add-ins will be displayed in the dialogue box named Slow and Disabled COM Add-ins. Make sure you want to add the program, OncOutlook in our example. Check Always monitor this add-in and click Close to save the settings.
* Now, restart the Outlook and check the Add-ins.
Also installing Windows update may fix the problem.

Just try to prompt a windows server 2016 to DC in an existing windows 2012 R2 DC environment. The AD service is running and domain controller lists the windows 2016 as dc. However, Task Details and Notifications shows “Post-deployment configuration. If you double click on it, I get this: “Error determining whether the target server is already a domain controller”. I have rebooted the server twice. Please any suggestions?

Case 1: After installing the 20H2 update. my computer lost all sound.
Went to task manager–under System Devices a red X on Intel Smartsound SST OED. Normally in Task Manager under “Sound, Video and Game Controllers” there are five entries including Realtek HD Audio–all of them completely disappeared except the two Nvidia entries.
Called support–we tried reinstalling the latest sound drivers from HP (I have a 17″ Omen Laptop) and it said the drivers would not support this version of Windows.
Finally the support guy had me roll back the update. Back up and running now on version 2004.
Case 2: My Windows didn’t start with blue screen after installing Windows 10 version 20H2. I must re-install previous windows 10 version.
Case 3: Can’t install Windows 10 version 20H2.

Case 4: I get this message “Unable to complete updates. Undoing changes” when installing Windows 10 version 20H2.
Resolution: ejecting external drives either external SATA or USB, caused by windows defender MsMpEng.exe.
Or For now, as a workaround, I had to add the external drives to the exclusion list to avoid the ejection block. In my case the external drive has the letter E:\, this can vary in different machines or if there is more than one external drive.
Case 5: You may receive, “Windows can’t verify the publisher of this driver software” when installing Windows 10 version 20H2. It causes by incorrect device driver.
