In a case, you have a problem with Windows Update, or there’s any data corruption, damaged system files or missing system files on your computer, you may want to run in-place repair or update without touching any of your applications or personal files. This articel shows how to do so.
2.Enter the update package number into the Search bar, for example KB5001649. Click Search.
3. It will show the search results. Select the correct version that’s compatible with your PC. Then click Download.
4. Click on .msu link to download it.
5. Double-click on .msu file to install the update. 6. You may need to restart the computer.
Resolution 2: Repair hard drive errors
1.In the search box on the taskbar, type command prompt, and then select Run as administrator from the list of options.
2.Select Yes.
3.In the window that appears, type the following command, including the space as shown: chkdsk /f C: and then press Enter.
4.Enter Y and press Enter
5.Repairs will automatically start on your hard drive, and you’ll be asked to restart your device.
Resolution 3: Perform a clean restart into Windows
A clean restart starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs.
1) Run MSCONFIG.EXE.
2) In the Services tab, click “Hide All Microsoft Services” and click
“Disable All”.
3) In the Startup tab, click “Disable All”. Click OK. (This will
temporarily prevent third-party programs from running automatically during
start-up.)
Resolution 4: Repair system files
1. In the search box on the taskbar, type command prompt, then select Run as administrator from the list of options.
2. In the window that appears, type this command including spaces as shown:
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
3. Press Enter. When the command operation has run successfully, you’ll see a confirmation message from Command Prompt that says, “The restore operation completed successfully” or “The operation completed successfully”.
Note: If you don’t see a confirmation message, retype the command and try again.
Resolution 5: Restore system files
1. In the search box on the taskbar, type command prompt, then select Run as administrator from the list of options.
2. In the window that appears, type this command including spaces as shown:
sfc /scannow
3. Press Enter. Wait until the sfc scan verification reaches 100% completion, and then close Command Prompt.
Resolution 6: Uninstall and re-install the update
If you just installed a Windows update and have an issue, you may have an option to uninstall it. Here is how.
Step 1. Click on Star, and then Settings.
Step 2. Click on Update & Security.
Step 3. Click on View Update history.
Step 4. You have an options to Uninstall updates.
* The uninstallation may take half hour or longer.
* Re-install the update after restarting the computer.
Resolution 7: Restart Windows Update components
1.Start Command Prompt as administrator.
2.When Command Prompt starts, enter the following commands:
After running the commands, check if the problem is resolved.

Microsoft just releases Cumulative updates March 2021 for Windows 10 which may cause some problems such as printer doesn’t work, DYMO Label Maker prints blank, an APC_INDEX_MISMATCH error with a blue screen. This video provides some resolutions.

3. Expand the suspected device that causes the problem, Firmware in our example.
4. Right-click the device and select Update Driver Software.
5. You may need to restart the computer, and then try the update again.
Resolution 3: Run SFC/Scannow
1. In the search box on the taskbar, type command prompt, then select Run as administrator from the list of options.
2. In the window that appears, type this command including spaces as shown:

Resolution 4: Resetting Operating System

Our company has a problem to print to DYMO label printer this week. This problem is caused by latest Windows update. My suggestion is holding the Windows update for a while until DYMO has a new driver release.
If you do have a problem, the temporary solution is download and install DYMO Label software v8.5.4.
Update: Microsoft release a patch (KB5001567) fixing the problem.
Situation: when installing SCMO Agent on one of Windows computers, you may receive this message:

Troubleshooting: 1. Make sure Remote Registry service is running
2. It could be the firewall issue. Turn off the Firewall on the client for a test.
3. Make sure all these services are running: Netlogon, Windows Installer, Windows Updates.
4. Make sure these port are opens:
RPC endpoint mapper Port number: 135 Protocol: TCP/UDP
*RPC/DCOM High ports (2000/2003 OS) Ports 1024-5000 Protocol: TCP/UDP
*RPC/DCOM High ports (2008 OS) Ports 49152-65535 Protocol: TCP/UDP
NetBIOS name service Port number: 137 Protocol: TCP/UDP
NetBIOS session service Port number: 139 Protocol: TCP/UDP

•Follow the wizard to uninstall to previous version.
2. Uninstall Windows Update by using command prompt. Here is the example to uninstall KB:4561608.
* Type cmd in the Search box.
* Right click on Command prompt and run as administrator.
* A black command screen will open.
* Type the following command after replacing the KB ID with the one that you wish to uninstall: wusa /uninstall /kb:[id]

2.Tap the settings icon
3. Tap Manage account
4. Tap Account Info
5. Tap Security Settings.
6. Tap Manage app password.

You have added yahoo email on Outlook successfully
