Situation: You may receive this message “Something happened and your PIN isn’t available” when attempting to using PIN to login Windows 10. Or you see windows Hello PIN option is unavailable under Account sign-in options
Troubleshoot: Delete files in NGC folder.
- Navigate to
C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\Microsoft\NGC.
Note: you need to login administrator account to do so.
2. In NGC folder delete all the files.
3. Now re-setup PIN.
