You can restore your lost files and folders from OneDrive using these steps:
Option 1: Restore from OneDrive Recycle Bin
- Go to the OneDrive website and sign in with your Microsoft account.
- In the left-hand menu, click Recycle Bin.
- Select the files or folders you want to restore.
- Click Restore, and they’ll be returned to their original location.
Option 2: Restore OneDrive from a Previous Version
- Open OneDrive on your computer File Explorer.
- Right-click the file you want to restore.
- Click Restore previous version.
- Click Previous Version and choose an earlier version to restore.
- Click Restore.
- Restore the file or folder to their original location or select a folder you want to restore to.
- The file has been restored.
Option 3: Restore Your Entire OneDrive (For Major Losses)
- Go to the OneDrive website.
- Click the gear icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner and select Restore your OneDrive.
- Choose a date before the files were lost and confirm the restoration.
