It is essential to edit YouTube Shorts thumbnails within the YouTube application.
Navigate to YouTube Shorts.
Select the three dots icon on the Short you wish to modify.
Click Edit.
Click the Edit icon.
Select the Edit icon adjacent to the Title.
Select the thumbnail you wish to utilize.
Click the Check icon.
Click the Save button.
