If you have an issue with Microsoft products, you may contact Microsoft Live Chat Support directly for help by following the steps below. You can use any personal Microsoft account that you may have signed in to, or you can create a new account to contact support and report your problem account.

  1. Enter your problem (MSA), click “Get Help”, and then click “Sign In to Contact Support” at the bottom of the page.
  2. The following steps do not appear when you sign in to any personal Microsoft account, work, or school account.
  3. Under “Products and Services”, select “Other Products”.
  4. Under “Categories”, select“Manage Account Security” , and then click Confirm.

5. Click “Chat with a Support Agent in Your Web Browser” .
