Situation: The client can’t access their office cameras.
troubleshooting:
1) Can access google.com only.
2) can’t access other websites such as Microsoft.com and yahoo.com.
3) Ping IP 8.8.8.8 doesn’t work.
4) VPN and remote access don’t work.
5) ping google.com shows IP6 address. But ping yahoo.com get time out.
Finally, we find the client hasn’t make payment to Comcast and the service is stopped.
