Troubleshooting missing emails

Situation: The client is in migrating their Office 365 Tenant. Some users report missing emails.

Troubleshooting 1: Use tracing message to find status of the email. Login Office 365 admin center>Exchange>Mail flow.

Troubleshooting 2: Check Quarantine. Go to https://security.microsoft.com/quarantine  and sign in. Select Quarantine.
