Missing some forwarding emails

Situation: The client is in processing their Microsoft Tenant migration.  The configured to forward email from new email address to old email address. However, some emails, especially verification emails.

Resolution: Keep emails in both old and new email addresses by checking Keep a copy of forwarded email in this mailbox.
