Situation: The client has two PA 850 units and configured them Active-passive failover. Now, the Dashboard shows Not synchronized.
If you click on Sync tp peer, you will get this message: Could not push HA Confirmation to peer. Other administrator are holding commit locks.
Resolution: Go to passive unit to Remove lock.
