Resolution 1: Perform a power drain.
1. Power off the server
2. Unplug the power cords
3. Press and hold power button for 30 seconds
4. Release the power button and plug the power cords back in
5. Wait 5 minutes then power on the server
Resolution 2: Upgrade firmware.
