Missing “Show text predictions while typing” in Outlook

Situation: The client has version of Outlook. One of them doesn’t have “Show text predictions while typing”.

Troubleshooting: Run Office 365 online repair by follow these steps:
  1. Type control on the search bar. Open Control Panel.

2. Click on Program and Features.

3. Highlight the Microsoft 365 and click Change

4. Click Yes on popup.

5. Check Online Repair and click on Repair. It may take a couple hours to complete.

The repair could take hours depends on your Internet speed. Now, you may have “Show text predictions while typing” feature looks like this:
