Case 1: Check the latest Windows update. If you have one, install it.
* Click on Settings
* Click on Update & security Windows Update, recovery, backup.
* Click on Check for updates.
* If you do have a Windows update, click on Download and install.
Case 2: Re-enter License key.
* Click change product key.
•Click Yes on the popup warning.
•Enter the Product key
Case 3: Make sure all Windows license and Windows update services are running.
