Situation: The user has a Windows 7 computer. Whenever she uses an application such browser, check email, it shuts down.
Troubleshooting: We find many USB devices are plugging into the computer. Unplugging most USB devices except keyboard and mouse, it works.

- Also, you can try to customize Power Settings.
- Type “power options” in Search and click the “Power & sleep settings” result.
- Click “Additional power settings” under Related settings on the right pane.
- In the Power Options window, find and click the “Change when the computer sleeps” option on the left pane.
- Click “Change advanced power settings”.
- expand the “Hard disk” and “Turn off hard disk after” sections and make sure that both “On battery” and “Plugged in” are set to “Never”. If these settings are configured differently and there is no “Never” option, then simply type 0 and it will change to Never. Now expand the “Sleep” and “Sleep” after sections and make sure that both “On battery” and “Plugged in” are also set to “Never”. Click “Apply” to save the changes.
3. In another case, we find the CPU cooler lost from CPU. Since the CPU is hot without cooler, it will shutdown in every 10 minutes.
