Situation: the user can’t download and install Office 365.
Troubleshooting: 1. try to add www.office.com to Internet Option>Security. That doesn’t fix the problem.
2. Try different Internet Browser. The same problem.
3. Go to Internet Browser settings to clean the cooks and history. That fix the problem.
