The wireless is limit because of incorrect TCP/IP settings - Resolution with screenshots

Situation: The client was using her laptop at home and working fine. Then she took it to the school and the wireless doesn't work with "Limited" notification.

Troubleshooting: After we checked the wifi TCP/IP settings, we found the settings was using static IP address from the home. Switching to DHCP fixes the problem.
