Can't ping Windows 2008 Server

Q: The client can access the Windows 2008 server using Remote Desktop. However he can't ping the server. Why?

A: he needs to enable the ICMP. To do it, type firewall in the Start. Select Windows Firewall and click on Inbound Rules. Select File and Printer Sharing (Echo Request ICMP) and then click Enable Rule.
