Unable to Execute from a shared drive

Error:1079 The account specified for ...

The Server service is not started.

Symptom: Can't access the remote computer resources and net view \\hostname displays "The Server service is not started".

Cause: 1. The Server service is not started.
2. A firewall is blocking the file sharing. The resolution refer to How to enable file sharing in Windows firewall.
