Case 1:
The client has a master browser issue recently. The PDC keeps receive Even
ID 8003 - The master browser has received a server announcement from the
computer <computer name> that believes that it is the master browser for the
domain on transport <Card #>.
Cause: After used ipconfig /all command on all problematic computers, we
