UPnP is not enabled on the router in Anywhere Access - Resolution with screenshots

Situation: The client is running Windows Serve 2012 Essentials. When they setup Anywhere Access, the setup completed with error: UPnP is not enabled on the router.

Case 1: The client has U.S. Robotics Router. We need to enable both Allow Other Network Users to Control USR8200's Network Features and Enable Automatic Cleanup of Old Unused UPnP Services. To do that, login the router and navigate to Advanced > Universal Plug and Play.

Case 2: The router doesn't support UPnP. To setup Anywhere Access, you must have router supports UPnP.

Case 3: Upgrade the router Firmware.

Case 4: Some ports such as 443 on the router are using for different server.
