Error 0xC00000EA While doing BACKUP on Vista

Symptom: You have encountered the error 0xC00000EA of MM error FSrtl filter when trying to
perform the backup on Windows Vista. If I have misunderstood about your
concern, feel free to let me know.

Troubleshooting: this issue is most likely caused by the third party Anti-Virus software
running in the background. In Vista, this is a known issue caused by
Computer Associates' eTrust software. If this software is actually
installed and running on your machine, please temporarily disable it and
then do the Backup Job again. In most cases, it should resolve this
problem. Here is a link with a bit more information:

ing-a-vista-backup.aspx

NOTE: If the CA Anti-Virus program is not installed on your machine but you
are running other anti-virus software such as Pc-Cillin or Norton
Antivirus, etc, please also disable/un-install them while doing the backup
for the troubleshooting purpose. Be sure to enable them again when you
complete the backup process.
