Resolutions;
1. You may want to disconnect any virtual disks, USB drive and any external media.
2. Make sure you have good connection if you work on network drive and computer.
3. You may try to re-install VMware Converter.
4. If you have any missing hard disk (as shown below), you may want to remove it before running the converter.
