STOP 0x0000000A - IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

In general, IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL indicates that a kernel-mode process or driver attempted to access a memory address to which it did not have permission to access. The most common cause of this error is an incorrect or corrupted pointer that references an incorrect location in memory. In many cases, it is hardware issues which  might be caused by a device driver, a system service, a virus scanner, or a backup tool that is incompatible with the new version.

Case 1: After he client just added a SCSI controller, he received this message. We used the Last Known Good Configuration option to start the server and installed a new firmware. That fixed the problem.

Case 2: The client ha this issue after install Microsoft Update. Upgrading the computer BIOS fixed the problem.

Case 3: After the client installed software, he got this message. We fixed this issue by going to Safe mode and removed the software.

Case 4: One of out servers had this issue because of hot temperature.

Case 5: I received IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL message after adding a new memory.

Case 6: After upgraded Microsoft KB929777, you receive STOP error. Microsoft has a upgrade to fix this issue. Check this post.
