No ARP Entries Found

If ARP display "No ARP Entries Found", try to ping the host first and then use ARP. For example,

C:\Documents and Settings\blin>arp -a 10.0.0.14
No ARP Entries Found

C:\Documents and Settings\blin>ping 10.0.0.14

Pinging 10.0.0.14 with 32 bytes of data:

Reply from 10.0.0.14: bytes=32 time=1ms TTL=255
