Can’t backup to a fireware hard drive over 4 GB

Symptom: The client just installs a fireware hard drive as backup device. When he tested, it works. However, whenever he backup over 4 GB data on the fireware, the backup terminated after reaching 4 GB with Scheduled Task log “The task completed with an exit code of (1)”.

Troubleshooting: We found the fireware is format as FAT32. We are able to backup over 4 GB data after formatting the fireware as NTFS.
