Event ID 1134 and Event ID 13562 Symptoms: You are running two domain controllers. Both servers have the following Event errors. Event ID 13562 - Following is the summary of warnings and errors encountered by File Replication Service while polling the Domain Controller cbgdata.chicagobotanic.org for FRS replica set configuration information. Event ID 1134 - The ntdsConnection object CN=Chicagotech(IP),CN=NTDS Settings,CN=MS-MVP,CN=Servers,CN=Default-First-Site-Name,CN=Sites,CN=Configuration,DC=Chicagotech,DC=net is configured for the same source server as CN=Chicagotech(SMTP),CN=NTDS Settings,CN=MS-MVP,CN=Servers,CN=Default-First-Site-Name,CN=Sites,CN=Configuration,DC=Chicagotech,DC=net and will be ignored. Please use the Active Directory Sites and Services tool to modify or delete one of these objects. Resolutions: 1. Make sure you have only one server listed in the NTDS Settings. To do this, go to AD Sites and Services>Sites>Default-First-Site-Name>Servers>Servername>NTDS Settings. If you have more than one DC, you need to check all of them. 2. You may try the "dfsutil /clean:servername" command. 3. You may also try to use Netdom.exe to Reset Machine Account Passwords.
