Situation: The Windows server restart unexpected with the following error.

The reason supplied by user xxxx\Administrator for the last unexpected
shutdown of this computer is: System Failure: Stop error

Case 1: You may receive various Stop error messages on a computer that is ...The reason supplied by user User for the last unexpected shutdown of this computer is: System Failure: Stop error Reason Code: 0x805000f ...http;//www.support.microsoft.com/kb/937455

Case 2: sometimes restarts randomly. It's a 2003 server SP1 bug. Installing SP2 fixed the problem.

Case 3: It is Windows 203 SP1. I have experience a similar problem and uninstalling service pack 1 fixed the problem

Case 4: The other day I had the same problem (without the error) and it was solved by moving the network card to another PCI slot, it's work fine ever since.

Case 5: It is incompatible issue. After installed a software, it may conflict with a hardware.

Case 6: Is is hardware problems. Make sure that the latest firmware/drivers/service packs are installed for both Windows and the applications running on that computer.
