Causes and Resolutions: 1. It could be the firewall/router issue. Make sure you have latest firmware installed. Also test the connection internally. If it works, it must be firewall/router issue.

2. It could be firewall software, ISA or 3rd party security software. Test is by start the system with clean boot or disable them.

3. Also double check the RRAS security settings and routing table.

4. You may try to modify the MTU.
