These tools will process on your local computer and we
are not responsible for any damages
When clicking the link, you will have four options: Open, Save, Close and
More Information, select Open to continue.

Your TCP/IP Configuration |
It will list local computer's IP, host name,
default gateway, subnet, node type, DNS and DHCP. If you have 169.x.x.x IP,
you may have DHCP issue; if you have 0.0.0.0 IP, the IP may conflict with some
network device; if your two NICs use the same IP range, you may have routing
or browser issue. |
| Test
the Internet connection |
To troubleshoot the Internet connection, use this
tool. If you get "Reply", you may have a good internet connection; otherwise
check the TCP/IP and DNS settings. |

Test the local
connection |
To troubleshoot the LAN connection, use this
tool. If you get "Reply", you may have a good LAN connection and DNS
settings; if not, check the TCP/IP settings. If you can ping others but no one
can ping your PC, you may have a firewall running on the LAN connection. |

Diagnose network issues |
This tool is for troubleshooting "...is not
accessible" issue. If you get error 53, you may have sharing, name resolution
or connection issue; if error 5, this is permission issue. |

Routing table |
- You may need to check the routing table when
you have two NICs or VPN connections. |
|
Trace router |
Find out the routing path, especially you have two
connections. |

All above tests saved as all.txt on your local C drive |
Your consultant may need this information for the
troubleshooting. |
