Can't see one user home directory on the file server  - Resolution with screenshots

We are running Windows 2008 R2 as file server and the server holds all users’ home directories. One of users can map his home directory, but we can’t see his folder in the file server Windows explorer. However, if I run dir on the e:\users drive, I can see it. His folder name is a1setup. Why?

A: Is there a file named 'desktop.ini' in the A1setup folder? If yes, that may play a trick on the A1setup invisibility. rename the desktop.ini to desktop.old. That should fix the problem.
