Error (12700): VMM cannot complete the Hyper-V operation on the server

 Failed to create a new virtual machine. (Unknown error (0x8001))

Event ID 2912 Details: The server threw an exception (0x80010105)

Symptoms: 1. Error (12700): VMM cannot complete the Hyper-V operation on the server because of the error: Failed to create a new virtual machine. (Unknown error (0x8001))

2. Event ID: 2912
Details: The server threw an exception (0x80010105)

Case 1: On the share folder of the library shares which contained the ISO image, add "Authenticated Users" with the Read permission on NTFS and share folder.

Case 2: This issue may occur if the Hyper-V host was unable to read the attributes associated with the SCVMM service account in Active Directory. Try to add the Hyper-V hosts to the "Windows Authorization Access group".
a. Open Active Directory Users and Computers
b. Select the Built-in container
c. Select the Properties of the Windows Authorization Access group
d. Select the Members tab
e. Add the computer object for the Hyper-V host to this group

Case 3: Make sure you'll have to have every node you want to live migrate between located in the same host group in VMM.

Case 4: , make sure that you have configured constrained delegation in AD on every hyper-v server that should join the migration party.
