You may get this message The RPC server is unavailable. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800706BA) when you are ruining Failover Cluttering Validation, SCCM WMI and VNC.

Case 1: The remote computer or the port is blocked by the firewall.

Case 2: Host name or IP address is incorrect or you have name resolution issue.

Case 3: Make sure "Remote Procedure Call (RPC)" service is not running on the remote computer.

Case 4: Make sure “Windows Management Instrumentation" service is not running on the remote computer.

Case 5: Make sure "TCP/IP NetBIOS Helper" service is running.

Case 6: One or more system DLL files are missing or corrupted.
