SCCM client doesn't show up - Resolution with screenshots

Situation: The client is running Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager. Whenever they add a Windows computer to the domain, the group policy push the SCCM client installation. That works fine. However, the Configuration Manager Console doesn't show those clients.

Troubleshooting: 1. The SCCM client was installed.

2. We can open Configuration Manager (32-bit) on the client. However, the Configuration Manager doesn't have Update and Configuration tabs like working clients. If we click on Actions, it show only two Cycles.

This screenshot is the working client.

3. We fixed the problem by turning off the firewall and restarting the MSM Agent Host service.
