Installed client doesn't listed in SCCM All Systems

Q: We installed SCCM 2007 with SP2. We have configured client agent, for example, Inventory and remote tools. We ran ccmsetupon on two clients, one is windows 7 and another is XP. The client installation is successful. I can see the ComExec.exe running and have Configuration Manager in the Controller panel. However, I can't see those clients under All Systems in SCCM console. What could be the problem?

Case Collections:

Case 1: "The SMS Advanced Client is installed successfully but it does not receive a site assignment" could be the problem because I don't see the site code and can't discover it in the advanced tab. Try to  to run Update collection membership manually.

Case 2: SCCM agent service is running on problematic clients.

Case 3: the Client is talking to incorrect SCCM server. Try to assign the site code to the client to see any error. If not error, restart to agent service or restart the client.
