Failed while adding virtual Ethernet switch connection - Resolution with screenshots

Situation: The client is running windows 2012 R2 as Hyper-v host. After installing XM as VM, they can't cerate virtual switch network with this error: failed while adding virtual Ethernet switch port 80070002.
