Cannot logon HP Insight Manager

Q1: I setup insight manager on DL380 running Windows 2003 for my client. I gave them the username and password. It worked before. Now, they can't logon IM any more. I try the same username and password I gave to them, but can't make it work. Any suggestions how we recover the password?

A1: HPSIM just uses domain credentials. They need to ensuer they've included the domain name in the login box. What exactly is the error you're getting?

What is the address they're browsing to?

Q2: Hi Rob,

Appreciate the help. It is name resolution issue. After they moved the server, they forgot to change the DNS point to the correct DNS server. After they pointed to correct DNS, they can logon now. Thank you.
