Event ID 21111, 21502 and 20122: VM  live migration did not succeed at the source.

Situation: We have installed failover clustering on windows 2008 R2. When attempting to do live migration, it failed with these Event ID.

'Virtual Machine w2008-FC1' live migration did not succeed at the source.

Log Name:     Microsoft-Windows-Hyper-V-High-Availability-Admin

Event ID:      20122
Level:         Error
Description:
'w2008-FC1' failed to migrate: the migration was canceled (Virtual machine ID 4EC973CC-9585-444E-8AB3-9113D89BFED0)

Troubleshooting: After searching the Google, we found the following cases.

Case 1: There is connectivity issue between two nodes.

Case 2: Other node has Virtual Network setup incorrectly.

Case 3: The configuration validation doesn't pass and have some SAN/iSCSI issues.

In our case, if we try quick migrate virtual machine(s) or move virtual machine(s), it completes successfully. However, when we start the VM, we receive failed to start VM with Hyper-V Event ID: 32, 12010 and 12570. We follow this page:

Hyper-V Event ID: 32, 12010 and 12570 - can't start VM

to fix it. Basically, the problem is the virtual network settings in another node. Re-configuring the Virtual Network Settings fixes the problem.
