Virtual Machine Configuration Failed Issues in Microsoft Failover Cluster

Event ID 1069,1205, 4683 21502 related to failover Cluster error

Situation: After the client removed a Failover Cluster Replication Software, they have problem on failover cluster. The saved VM doesn't start and VM configuration failed to start too with Event ID 1069,1205, 4683 21502 as posted here:

Event ID 1069: Cluster resource failed
troubleshooting Event ID 1205
Event ID 4683: Failover Cluster Manager failed
Event ID 21502: VM Configuration failed to unregister

Resolution: Removing the failed VM configuration. To do that, please follow these steps.

1. Open Failover Cluster Manager.

2. Navigate to the Cluster > Services and applications. Highlight the service and then VM configuration.

3. Click on delete in the right pane.

4. Click Yes to confirm the action.
