 Move this service or application to another node is grayed out in Windows Failover Cluster

Situation: hen trying to setup failover and move a service or application to different node, the "Move this service or application to another node" is grayed out

 

Troubleshooting: You haven't create the second cluster node. After create the second node, you should be able to move the service or application to another node.
