 Domain name (pre-Windows 2000) is empty in Active Directory Domain and Trusts

Situation: The client has a problem to access the domain controller. When we check the status of Active Directory Domain and Trusts, the Domain name (pre-Windows 2000) is empty as shown.

Case 1: We found the DC didn't have Sysvol and Netlogon share. Re-creating Sysvol and Netlogon share fixes the problem.

Case 2: It could be name resolution issue. Check the DNS settings.
