Windows Firewall in SBS network client is gray out - Resolution with screenshots

Situation: The client has SBS 2008, XP and Windows 7 clients. All XP client Windows Firewall is turn off with grayed out and users can't make change because it is manage by domain group policy. When they check Default Domain Policy and Windows SBS Client Policy, the firewall have been enabled.

Troubleshooting: we double check the group policy and find Windows SBS Client - Windows XP Policy disabled the firewall as shown below. Re-enabling it fixes the problem.
