Cannot print to the TS client printer

Symptoms: 1. The TS was installed ThinPrint Engine, but the TS client can’t print to the client printer.

2. The TS client default printer doesn’t map to the TS as default printer.

Cause and resolution: The TS disables printer mapping. To map the TS client to the TS server, open TS Configuration from Administrative Tools. Select Client Settings. Check Connect client printer at logon and Default to main client printer under Use connection settings from the user settings. Also make sure Windows printer mapping is unchecked under Disable the following.
