The
Licensing Wizard cannot connect to the License Server Registry Symptom: The Terminal Services licensing wizard may not work when you try to activate the license server and you may receive the following error message: "The Licensing Wizard cannot connect to the License Server Registry. Check the Network Connection and retry the Operation. Message = 0x35" Cause: This behavior can occur because the licensing wizard must connect to the registry of the server that is acting as the Terminal Services license server to activate the license server. Resolution: To resolve this behavior, verify that the local area connection for the license server has File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks installed and enabled. Also, verify that the Remote Registry service is set to automatic and that the status is "running."
