Windows cannot connect to a licensing server

No Terminal Services licensing server is available in the current domain or workgroup

Symptoms: 1. When trying to install TS licenses in TS Licensing Tool, you receive these message:

"Windows cannot connect to a licensing server"

"No Terminal Services licensing server is available in the current domain or workgroup"

Resolution: 1. Verify the TS can reach the licensing server.

2. If you are not sure which is the licensing server or if you don't know whether you have a licensing server or not, use licensing report tool or licensing reviewer to check it.
