You could not be authenticated on this server.

Symptom: When trying to access a terminal Server, you may receive this message: You could not be authenticated on this server.

Causes:

1) The server is not available.

2) You are not permitted  to access the server.

3) Terminal Services is not started

Resolutions:

1) make sure the TS is running and enabled Remote Access.

2) Obtain permission to access the server.

3) make sure Terminal Services is running on the server.
